People who can’t make it to the McMinn Activity Center and who are homebound can look into home-delivered meals. The home-delivered meal programs, also commonly referred to as Meals on Wheels, bring food and meals to homebound seniors, which can help them to remain in their homes for as long as possible. This program provides much more than food. It provides a wholesome meal plus a safety check and is sometimes the only opportunity for face-to-face contact or conversation that day.
