The McMinn Senior Activity Center relies on countless hours of volunteer hours from our dedicated Volunteers to make sure the Senior Center and our activities and programs are a success.

Volunteering at the McMinn Senior Activity Center has many benefits and evidence has shown that people who volunteer tend to live longer and live better.  The sense of satisfaction in “serving,” the meaningful connection to others, the pleasure in having something interesting to do each day – all these have a positive impact on a healthy life.

There are several ways you can “give back” at the Senior Center: helping in the Front Office, the Craft Room, Senior Olympics, Fundraising Events, Meals on Wheels, Front Desk Greeter or the Bake Sale and Yard Sale.
